      Home office work, flexibility hours, work with people worldwide.

      Cons

      Doesn’t have a consistency of the processes, lack of communication between managers and team, the company sees the employee as a machine rather than a human being.

      Great place to work - Remotely

      Pros

      Good payment, almost always in time (first 10 days of month, sometimes it gets until 12nd). Work from home, great chances to have a life - work balance.

      Cons

      Rate increases is not based on your performance but rather on you having another job opportunity. They'll promote you / increase rate only if you have another offer to keep you on company.

      Terrible Sales Organization with Awful Sales Leadership

      Pros

      The supporting teams outside of sales management were amazing people. The team of reps were amazing people.

      Cons

      Sales management from top to bottom was a joke and was never transparent about anything metric-related. Unattainable goals, lies and deception through the interview process about the role and goals. 0/10 would recommend.
