Pretty simple job. Some good coworkers and usually no problem getting a full shift even when the work has slowed down, they try have things for you to do

Cons

Poor maintenance of equipment in certain areas of warehouse. Lack of accountability in supervision and management. A lot of postponing when concerns are brought up. The environment can feel bias. There has been some favoritism. Just because you work hard and are skilled doesn’t mean you’ll be recognized. Some employees who do less make more than those who have done far more. Inconsistency in goals and follow ups.
