Two, the base salary that BSN does pay you to do the job you signed up to do. The second, hope for the best nothing does but in case bad happens, you do have benefits. A star for each base pay and benefits as you signed your name to do this job.

Cons

Many more than the two pros. It is a company built up too big to where now they operate and sustain off turnover. It is a complacent and comfortable place to be, working with fun colleagues not a pro to stay. Having the discounts available, a perk sure but not a pro to stay. Wearing jeans for comfort as appreciation, sure a perk but not a pro to stay. Keyword when looking at the pros, base pay and benefits. If you can live off those two, BSN will be a great fit. Bonus- it is a long road with luck needed along the way and not on the individual skill set. Everyone is different, it's easy to become comfortable and once you fall into complacency, you're now behind and selling yourself short. You could be the hardest worker or the laziest worker at BSN and get to the same spot at the finish line. To me, I do not fall into complacency and left BSN on my own for a different opportunity, role and industry change.
