management does not care about employees and micromanage them to the point of exhaustion. the director will tell you what you want to hear 100% of the time and lies through his teeth.

If you aren’t a sales pro or female, you don’t matter. Also if you aren’t either one of those, there is no chance for growth. Also, not a very “diverse” thinking company.
