Great culture and energy. Good, hardworking people. Managers understand family / work balance. Good vacation time. Pay is on par with standards. Strong Leadership that is fast moving and innovative.

Cons

A nice benefit would be allowing the week of winter break off. Schools are closed so seems like it is appropriate timing and would be a nice perk. 401k company contribution needs improvement.
