Work/Life balance is great. Positive work environment, hours are nice, corporate office is state of the art, working in sports and helping coaches give you a sense of pride at the end of each day. The company gives you all the tools you need to be successful

Friendly coworkers everyone seems to want to help.

Cons

Managers play favorites. Rules don't apply the same to everyone. If you arent sales you arent anything to this company. They will bend over backwards to help their sales pros and then give them all sorts of perks but if you go out of you way to help you get nothing.

Some people show up collect a paycheck and nothing happens while others have to do their work. People sleep at their desk. No leadership no direction corporate needs to come in and clean house
