Good product. New plant. Lots of money invested

Cons

Abuse of power by expats. Zero culture of compliance. Abusive human resources. Dubious hiring practices. Terrible management culture in some teams. Superiority complex by expats. Low quality of life . Excessively long hours. Salaries are pretty low for software (almost had to be manager to have an entry level salary for highly technical jobs. No career plans. Illegal practices by HR (HIV testing mandatory).
