Pros

Smart, dedicated, passionate, nice and fun employees. Work is interesting and challenging. Nice facilities, location and offices. Beautiful campus. BMW products are outstanding! Great perks including a company car and option to lease an additional BMW!

Cons

Difficult to maintain a good work-life balance with family and personal interests. Workload is often excessive, all consuming. Most "emergencies" are a result of poor senior management. For most employees office cubes are small and offer little privacy to get work done efficiently.
