there are really great people with great skills working there BMW offer a lot of benefits for their employees great work life balance

Cons

too much "rivalry" between managers, business processes are too complex, needs month to get any changes approved

My workmates were just great and so was the environment. Facilities were good also. And you would learn things about a whole corporate in BMW thus it is a good start.

Cons

You might unfortunately have a bad temper boss. To survive or not really depends on how you handle it. Besides, you better speak good German.

Pros

The culture and people make it easy to work there. They make it easy to move up or even across departments. Great benefits and my coworkers and even those from different departments were open and willing to assist in any way.

Cons

Work load at times may lead to a lot of overtime work
