Flexible working hours Canteen Christmas and Holiday bonuses Work-life balance is very nice! Colleagues are good people Possibility to reduce working hours

Cons

No homeoffice is allowed other than Corona time which is so absurd and old-fashioned, management should make it also flexible so if we wait for a package on that day, we should be able to work from home etc. Far behind in the technological tools that are used in the same field Too much traditional German is spoken although international attendees are in a meeting :) If I would describe Biotronik with a color, it would be gray as it is like straight and boring especially for young people, but if you like consistency and permanency then it is ok
