      Ground people good to work with depending on department

      Cons

      Poor annual increment and promotion pay increase. Poor talent retention, legacy knowledge lost. Some higher management dunno what they are doing, poor planning and execution

      Employees were obviously too good for the company and the management.

      Cons

      Instead of thinking of innovating products including the business processes, the management pressures us employees, making work more stressful, more exhausting, more brutal! It's unfair what they do to us when they should definitely improve their leadership!
