How am I supposed to highlight the pros of a job experience that I didn't find worth the trouble? I can't do that!
Cons
The management was awful at employee communication. They didn't want employees to know what was happening. It was stressful and created toxicity in the environment. I was exhausted by the stress and the pressure I was under due to all the uncertainty. The lack of proper employee communication led to chaos in everyone's life.
