Difficult hours; small and decreasing team

Pros

You learn a lot on the job because there is a lot to know. If you can get through working as a clinical specialist in CRM you can work anywhere. Smaller CRM company allows for more responsibility and more opportunity for growth.

Cons

Small teams meaning longer hours and more time on call. They let go a lot of people throughout my time there and never replaced them, so we had to pick up a lot of extra slack.
