Management in PEC is favouritism. There is no proper on boarding guidance. They expect you to know everything to their expectations and to find high and low regarding work stuff which alredy have a template go around begging them for answer Both manager and leads in PEC/PIE is ex military officer, treat the place like its their father company. So unprofessional and lack of proper management. High up should step in and investigate. There a total of 5 Engineer who left before me in a spend of 2 years in the same position. Do not join the PEC team.
