It is a friendly, employee focused company in the Medical device field. German precision is combined with good market understanding and creative ideas, a good work environment and highly accepted by customers.

Cons

It is getting harder to reach the next career step in the HQ when you are already an established Leader. Not so much focus on Talents and difficult to find and get a good career pathway (after a certain level of responsibility)
