      HR isthe worst team beginning with their VP! She was brought in to clean up and all she has done is to continue to alienate her team and smile all the while! Not very ethical!

      Pros

      As an IT contractor based at BHP Billiton in Johannesburg, it was a great company to work for. They looked after their employees and contractors. Good food at the canteen, free use of the gym, fair hours.

      Pros

      BHPB is an Australian parent company which always aim to attract the best talents by offering very competitive remuneration and lots of other competitive benefits such as health insurance, share plus, & parent leaves.

      Cons

      BHPB is a resource base company hence the company needs to continue changes to adapt to the cycle of commodity. This can put lots of pressure on those employees who do not like lots of changes.
