      Pros

      Mature company, great processes, good governance, outstanding systems in place for employees to do their job, salaries are good (not great), opportunities to move in other business units around the world.

      Cons

      The company is too big, individual potential is hardly recognised, too much politics, department culture was terrible in regards to providing opportunities to move around in different sections.

      Good pay and benefits. Large global company.

      Cons

      Poor quality of life. Long working hours. The company does not allow for studying further unless you know how to get through all the politics. Awful management, that use fear and intimidation to get things done. Management tend to say negative statements to you in front of a full office. There is are false values that are only used in presentations and not applied in the work environment.
