      Decent work live balance, good benefits, independent work

      Cons

      Management decides what you do, when you do with little thought to your personal goals and aspirations...supervisors are mere figure heads with no influence...if upper management likes you- you are fine...if they don't- you are marginalized

      Pros

      Benefits are great, pay is more than adequate for most jobs. Lots of little perks with on site cafe,commuting to work, gym memberships.

      Cons

      Indecisive, unclear objectives. Goals change constantly and when decisions are made they are subject to change at a moments notice. Training is mostly learn as you go and very little mentoring that hinders the adaption of change. Mangers do not want to look at real issues and only want to know what they want to hear. Response from any inquiry takes forever, that's if you get a response. Agile is not a known concept in the work environment.
