Pros
Great benefits and pay currently but company has been really changing with drop in Oil prices and Global reduction in use of their commodities.
Cons
In 2015/2016 with drop in Oil prices and other commodities that BHP deals in there have been many changes to centralize operations to Australia, their Corporate location. I see further reductions and movements coming to standardize and reduce costs in operations. Great company but a sign of the current times. When times get tough, management will tell you one thing but still do whatever action they want to do.
