      FIFO was difficult but an Excellent Company to work for...

      Pros

      I worked with some really great people, my views were listened to and i feel respected. The Salary and conditions was fantastic.

      Cons

      FIFO was tough but I was fotrunite to be on a 5:2 & 4:3 roster which helped with family life. The tough Pilbara summers can be difficult on the body if your not prepared.

      Benefits are great. The incentive packages are top of the industry although that might change as they are changing their organizational structure.

      Cons

      Promotions are hard to get unless you know the right people. Need to really network to get ahead and show people what you are capable of doing.
