      Pros

      Good guidance and mentorship from the assigned mentor. Weekly check-ins and advice provided.

      Cons

      Less exposure to other areas of business. Could have been better exposed to other areas of the business right next door. However, I wasn't given that opportunity.

      Pros

      Very high pay, far too much benefits to employees- phone, dental, medical for both employee and even its dependents, on top of its existing high pay.

      Cons

      I heard that BHP singapore has a work from home arrangement now, once a week. It aint a good arrangement for the company in the long run. The employees are using the day to run their errands and skiving, including its top management staff. How would they be able to clear their leaves with this work from home arrangement? The benefits extending to the dependants are for life. I don't think I have heard of a company giving benefits to their dependants for life.

      Pros

      Amazing Culture. Leaders here walk the talk. Rare in the Oil space! Very flexible working. Great for females. Pays above market rate. Possible the best office space in Houston. Think Silicon Valley cool but even better!

      Cons

      Headquartered in Australia so you may have night calls if based in the U.S. Although the incredible flexible working culture more than makes up for it.
