      Awesome culture at BHP. They really take an interest in their employees wellbeing. Great place to work

      I wish BHP had a location in south or central to avoid long commute.

      Flexible working with no set hours, the ability to work from home and a focus on outcomes not hours Variety - people have the ability to get exposure to different mine sites and different equipment Great salary

      Cons

      High workload Lack of training Lots of manual reporting - you’d think such a large company would have reports running automatically overnight Not a lot of career development so far BUT... the best company I’ve worked for
