Pros

First Class Assets that have been acquired and developed over generations of Management. Treat people well and are looking to engage a more modern and inclusive workforce. Enourmous potential for the company and those that work in it to be on the forefront of a mining disruption led tech boom.

Cons

Great Assets can breed complacency. Complex organisational structure drives inefficiency. Can be a laggard in tech and innovation adoption.
