Great Benefits, Great People to work with everyday.

Cons

LAY-OFF Situation... Handled very poorly, and people are moved into positions that have absolutely no idea what they are doing, or the 1 person handling the job perfectly was let go and 2 people are replacing that 1 position... This is re-org and Simplification? Managed Services/Outsourcing Jobs to individuals that have no idea what they are doing... Company not headed into a good direction

I really enjoyed my experience at this company - I liked what I did and felt like my team worked together pretty well. As any busy, there is petty gossip and politics but that didn't affect myself or my team much at all. The benefits are amazing - will really miss that.

Cons

There are far too many middle managers so it feels like no one is on the same page. Your one or two up manager will tell you something yet another team will have their one or two up managers say something totally different. There really wasn't much room for advancement in my department. There are other departments that advancement is extremely easy.
