Recognition of effort, opportunities for development, good management communication with staff, nurturing link between operations and technical support/engineering

Cons

Company culture is not very performance based, a lot of 'dead wood' employees hanging in there with poor performance on good mining pay, need to be much more stringent when hiring, and faster to fire

We are exposed to Challenging works, and many task and friendly environment. Staff and department were awesome. Real word projects.

Cons

Overtime work and didn't get paid for overtime Salary is very low for freshers. A better place for experienced person but not for freshers
