      Pros

      good people, strong culture good salary and benefits, the office location and facilities are excellent, there is a high level of diversity and a strong emphasis on ethics

      Cons

      instability, high levels of process, high levels of outsourcing. the market is obviously going through a downturn so the prospects of growth in the immediate outlook are low

      Pros

      Flexible working conditions, extremely good pay, supportive team environment and a reasonable FIFO roster (5 on, 2 off, 4 on, 3 off)

      Cons

      Living in a small accommodation (which was the size of a shipping crate) and sleeping on an uncomfortable single bed with a broken leg. There was a snake infestation in our minesite camp during this time.
