      slow, ridiculously slow process

      Pros

      above average benefits for now. van pool is paid by the company, but it is not easy to do because of so many meetings and late hours you have to work. It was not easy to start a van pool.

      Cons

      very slow process for almost everything; need approval for almost anything. computer network has been so slow that you cannot really do much serious seismic work; micromanaged; single minded, very little lateral collaboration.

      Toxic workplace. Leaders should renamed themselves as management. Major purple circle with all their so called leadership team. Nobody knows what they are doing because the people on top are clueless. Major disconnection to the work that’s being done.
