Excellent benefits; good people to work with for the most part; location

Cons

Poor leadership. Employees have not voice at all. Management input is taking as the wholesome truth. Zero empowerment. No respect for the charter of values. Cut throat culture. HR is a joke. Highly subjective performance review system. Zero opportunities for advancement if you are not part of the right "club". Unclear vision. Disconnection across the businesses and priorities. Many mid-level managers that should not be managing people. No development plan of opportunities at all. Extreme arrogance from the leaders.

LAY-OFF Situation... Handled very poorly, and people are moved into positions that have absolutely no idea what they are doing, or the 1 person handling the job perfectly was let go and 2 people are replacing that 1 position... This is re-org and Simplification? Managed Services/Outsourcing Jobs to individuals that have no idea what they are doing... Company not headed into a good direction

Great salary! Great benefits! The president seems to be a great man!

Middle management is all about the flavor of the month There is no direction KPI process is worthless 1SAP does not work for what is expected There is no chance for career advancement There are so many policies that they are not followed by anyone HR Policy is not only ignored - it is made up as we go HSE Policy is so cumbersome that no one knows what they are being asked to do Policies continuly contradict themselves Management gets shuffled about once per year making any initiatives nearly impossible Simplicity as a charter value? They should remove that one altogether.
