The people who receive services are deeply appreciative of the truly life-altering supports and services they receive

Cons

Some of the most unethical, duplicitous, incompetent people in leadership roles that I have seen in healthcare. The new CEO has made some serious errors in assembling his "new and improved" BAMSI. I left because I could no longer sit in meetings with colleagues who intentionally lied to EOHHS, DDS, DPPC, DMH & CARF. Lowest paid employees are forced to do the work of their lazy peers and supervisors and gaslit into being grateful; the fear of reprisal and termination is palpable, especially in Administration.

Lack of structure... payroll... cap on overtime for regular employees... other companies will give employees a cash bonus typically BAMSI will give you 5below products and a $5 dunkins card lmao smh...

The only pros are the clients. As staff, we are so good to them and try our best to take great care of them.

Cons

The upper management at BAMSI is horrible. They get paid way too much and do nothing except complain about those of us doing the work. They have worked there too long and have no idea how to manage people.
