Terrible Place to Work!

Pros

The consumers are really great to work with and help. They keep it real for the staff. The are happy to see staff when they go on their shift and really make staff feel good about their work.

Cons

There are too many to list here. The place is the most mismanaged company of any human service agency where I have ever worked. I work really hard trying to make my team feel important to BAMSI but the people at the very top could care less about the staff or the consumers. They pay people poorly so you think they could be a bit nicer. It is a very, very poorly lead organization.

Pros

This is a good place if enrolled in school , because of the down time. Residents were nice and you can pick up shifts.

Cons

There was a lot of down time. So it was kind of boring. There is a lot of training, but it's paid.

A very selfish friend😎

Pros

Good coworkers, individuals and their families. Building beautiful homes for the individuals, but underpaid the staff in those homes. Won't mine using you to get by. Only company who hired you for 16 hours per weeks and expect you to commit to it for 30 years! What a selfish friend. Company worth over 60 millions but careless about it staff! Nice job good friend!! You need to desist from your selfish behavior, or you might end up loosing so many qualified employees.

Cons

Stop hiring staff for 16 hours, stop being all about yourself and care for you staff more. Give raises and not just have them worked for 25 years without a dime added! Stop paying your staff [$13-14] in million dollar homes! Yes, you are selfish to your employees.
