Work with (mostly) talented and motivated colleagues. Reasonable schedule for me Company is doing well for retail which means that my job is secure (for now)

B&H has very good benefits, with holidays off and paid time off. Overall salary is fair for the job title that you do.

Cons

There is not a lot of room for growth and upward mobility. People switch departments a lot to do something different.

Pros

Great annual raises and large annual bonuses (like an extra paycheck). Small monthly bonuses based on individual performance ($25-100 per month). Weekly technical trainings make you an expert within months. Coworkers are very friendly and supportive, often meet up outside work and aren't rigid cliques. The company does a lot of big things right, and a lot of little things wrong. It's the best job I've had by age 30 and keeps me stuck here in NYC because of the pay and benefits!

Cons

Micromanaging from the top down. Petty policies, in denial of favoritism, misguided priorities, accusations of discrimination.
