Incredible place to work and grow. Of course I can't speak for other departments but I usually hear people tend to be happy here. -competitive salaries -quality people -vacation policy -time off -great benefits -great location (midtown NYC) -learn a lot about technology and other verticals B&H is in. -managers are usually excellent -people here care about family first and then work

Cons

-sterile work environment (not a "modern" work place) but whatever floats your boat. - some interdepartmental friction - somewhat siloed
