Good benefits and generous time off including both PTO time and Jewish holiday closures. Fair pay for hours worked, with no expectations to work extra time without compensation. Very respectful of employees who do good work.

Cons

Very obsessed with punctuality and mandatory in office work (little to no work from home possibilities, even for employees whose job does not require physical presence in the office). Tightly controlled Internet access can be frustrating due to very stringent guidelines for acceptable web access.
