Had the pleasure to work beside some of the best Project Managers, programmers, developers and QA People. I was encouraged by my supervisors to enhance my knowledge and introduce my colleagues to new technologies and innovations.

Cons

Higher-Ups like to change their mined often. Agility is a must here.

Pros

Great if you are an observant Jew as they follow the Jewish calendar VERY strictly, and are of course respectful of it. You're paid weekly and you can count on it - most employees are hourly employees and you can make a nice entry level salary. Soul numbing and dull, and great as an entry level job or something to do to make some money before grad school.

Cons

HR are HORRIBLE - vicious and manipulative. Work can be mind numbing. Very little room for advancement.
