Pros

The company has a strong dedication to it's customer base. There is constant training to hold the highest level of customer knowledge and the company pays fairly well without a commision structure to pollute the staff's motivation from giving a helpful experience for the customer.

Cons

There is little motivation toward mobility in the company and often times showing interest in expanding your position or even moving into other departments to explore your interests in the different aspects of the company can almost guarantee that you will never get to work there. There is little motivation to excel but it is never treated with appreciation.

Cons

If you are not Jewish, you're kind of outcasted. Additionally, if you're female, many male workers don't respect you as highly as the male coworkers. HR is a joke, they don't handle any issues appropriately and they fail to be inclusive. Internal communication is so incredibly poor it's not even laughable. They work you until you feel like you'll have a mental breakdown. If you want to seek transferring to another department, management finds you a position - you cannot find it yourself which then leads to all departments being run by unqualified unpassionate people.

Fridays end at 1 or 2pm, depending on daylight savings; lots of Jewish holidays off, though some aren't paid; great employee discounts

Cons

The culture of the company is deeply rooted in the Hasidic ways, which can impede progress; lots of people who were obviously nepotistic hires; LOW 401K match, and poor bonus structure.
