Cons

Toxic environment. No accountability. Senior manager of my department is the poster child (emphasis on child) of poor leadership and pettiness. My department is in the middle of a mass exodus bc it’s become such a hostile environment.

-Micro Managing of time (Clocking and timing each status) -Not much diversity training of existing employees towards BIPOC hires - 42hr work week is regular, overtime past 42 hours only -constantly on the phone as available -moving away from WFH
