-Lots of time off thanks to the Jewish holidays. - Currently, work from home on Fridays only for most office staff. - The folks we work with are pretty awesome.

Cons

How many can I list here? - I’m currently traveling because they do not believe in federal holidays or time and a half if you have to work one. - Not enough PTO. There are some Jewish holidays where everything is closed and you have to use your PTO to cover for those days without any option to work if you wanted to. - Strict and I mean strict attendance guidelines. If you’re not on the clock for 9 hours then you get in trouble. - while there is plenty of opportunity to move up in the company, it is unclear how you do and you don’t know if one position is a promotion over another. - Slow moving, everything operates at a snails pace.
