Benefits- specifically the medical insurance and 401k program- are administered by friendly, competent staff. They recently offered an education class to help employees understand the 401 on a deeper level and was very informative. This was a proactive step taken from the Benefits Team to help employees and I definitely appreciated it..

Cons

Very strict about lateness. 401k match is pretty cheap.
