They are always trying to change things for betterment and treat employees better than just about any other place.

Cons

No matter how good or bad an employee is they will make good money as long as they are there a long time. Which is very discouraging to employees who are very dedicated to working hard and being the best they can me, but can't make the good salaries because they have been there for less time. There are a lot of rules and regulations in place and only a few are enforced.

B&H is a conservative company in the modern world. That being said they take care of their employees. Decent salary and vacation time.

Cons

The staunch religious policies can be a bit overwhelming. Middle management is generally bad.
