Good mission at its core. Some of the companies within the B Corporation community are outstanding, very innovative and generating actual impact.

Cons

Some hypocrisy, borderline greenwashing of certain companies / initiatives.

Cons

Pretty top down leadership culture. Lack of prioritization for tech team resourcing. Vision, mission and goals are vague and cause confusion for specific teams. I hope b lab can figure out who it is soon.
