B Lab was an amazing place to work! They cared about their employees above all else and worked hard to ensure that employees maintained a healthy work/life balance in the midst of a fast-paced atmosphere.

Cons

Pretty much every employee spends time interacting with the customers so the job has some of the typical difficulties of customer service jobs.
