-Intellectually stimulating work -Sustainable Enterprise -Brilliant, receptive and supportive uper management -Flexible schedules

Cons

Center of gravity is in Pennsylvania, and the organization has not quite built out its admin and managerial functions in other states. Frequent video conferencing makes up for this partially

Pros

There are many kind, well-meaning people at the company. Some benefits are positive, such as a student loan repayment contribution and no-cost, high deductible healthcare plan for US employees.

Cons

No transparency from leadership, despite that being a guiding principle of the organization. B Lab is at an inflection point, but I feel it is lacking the management and expertise to meet the demands of the change, and unfortunately, employees are not being prioritized in the process (significant layoffs, freeze on promotions for remaining staff). Salaries are also comparatively low and the word “equity” is misused constantly, in part as a way to justify poor benefits for staff.

Good Benefits package Worker flexibility options Get to work with companies of all different industries and sizes. Develop CSR impact knowledge from this exposure

Cons

Lots of training and learning involved to reach full time capacity. Juggling many tasks, many of which could be automated. Work never ends, feels like you are in a hamster wheel.
