Pros

The organisation looks out for the personal and professional development of its people. My colleagues are all very passionate and motivated. We love to go for drinks after work and the atmosphere is very friendly. B Lab is non-hierarchical and places a lot of trust in the employees, no matter which seniority level.

Cons

Hardly any, even salaries at this non-profit are quite competitive in my opinion.
