Having "B. Braun" on your resume is a massive flex. It’s a top-tier German medical company known for high standards. The office environment, cleanrooms, and even the canteen/cafeteria are widely considered some of the best in Bayan Lepas. Beyond technical skills, the environment teaches "corporate maturity", how to handle audits, meetings, and high-stakes decision-making.

Cons

The site is massive. Moving between different blocks for samples or meetings can be physically tiring. Fast-Paced Stress, when there is a quality issue on the production floor, the pressure is on. You have to be quick and precise under fire.
