Pros

Steady job and good equal co-workers

Cons

Terrible Management, Leadership Team afraid of change and GM did not like to hire workers not in his age group. Afraid younger workers know to much technology he did not understand. Worked in Lotus Notes and lots of old machinery needed to be replaced or fixed. Low morale in the Quality team due to leadership.

Pros

Benefits Flex hours Local to the Lehigh Valley Privately owned Gaining market share and revenue in the US Great bonus program (for Directors and VPs) Trying to add diversity to its work force.

Cons

Slightly lower pay than competition Understaffed HR (shamefully stuck in the 90's) Bullying Some long term employees are petty and retaliatory with no personal accountability Hierarchy well intact and thriving Many life-long employees, (some are in management) have no frame of reference for what a modern corporate culture can be like. This effects everyone.

Pros

Challenging Manufacturing 24 /7 operation, overall friendly atmosphere, overall dedicated employees specially in manufacturing area, good compensation and benefit, some opportunity for growth.

Cons

Very old technology in manufacturing , yet wanted to stay competitive globally in state of the art 21 century technology last 4 years the company culture struggling due to implementation of lean culture, No SMART vision. Turnover and layoff were high, majority of talented dedicated professional from Engineering, manufacturing, and Quality department left or were let go. FDA visit and its observations in 2013 was a big factor in company loosing its peaceful environment.
