      Pros

      Company is progressing. Actually cares about the employees. I have never worked for a company that actively tries to improve for their employees. It’s not perfect but listens to feedback and implements ideas. B.Braun is trying to be more innovative and show that they are a leader in their field. The old school leadership is leaving and more diversity at the higher levels are coming in. A large focus on diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Resistant to change. Manufacturing seems like an afterthought to corporate. Lots of overtime.

      Pros

      General manager is very capable. Many of the employees have been in the company for decades, are extremely knowledgeable, and committed to steady growth and improvement. A large portion of employees are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Senior leadership over Quality is viscous, culture is highly toxic. High turn over rate. Quality Management makes erratic demands, are unreasonable and clueless. Anyone who doesn't agree with Q management is fired or pushed out.
