The company mission is to provide goods/services that "touch as many patients" as possible, but the true motive is touch as much profit as possible. Understandably so, as it is a business but the level of waste is astronomical (waste of employee talent, materials, resources, bad product, etc). Leaders lack leadership skills, and that is problematic here and over at our distribution center. In most cases authoritarian directives from the top result in inept junior leadership, so a cycle of toxicity exists. Quality is sacrificed for quantity. EFFECTIVE training is not prioritized. It is a check the block type deal. The campus is extremely siloed and realizing how you contribute to the company's strategic alignment is difficult.
