      Big company run like a big company

      Pros

      This company pays well and I'm sure will be around for a long time. They also manufacture life saving devices. People have worked here for 30-40 years.

      Cons

      They have gone through a management change recently and the inexperience shows. Those that are now I'm management are talking behind but then the result is that the productive team if affected on their bonuses. Those in management will take advantage of anybody that is willing to be helpful. Moral on the production floor is low and there is little acknowledgement of the dismay or any solutions in sight.
