Good Benefits, Overall good company. Work-Life balance is up to you, many people who work long hours is because they choose to do so.

Cons

Pay is not competitive for the region. Good Mechanics make more money than Supervisors. Lower Management is worked to the bone, with very high expectations. Leadership is stressed, but they don't want to pay to keep or hire good leaders. Poor internal advancement, they hire externally more so than not. Poor overall company morale.

Benefits in term of Medical benefits and bonus

Cons

I have to travel everyday all the way from my home to the office and it tooks me approximately 1 hours if the road is okay with no heavy traffic jam. If heavy traffic jam occurs, it tooks me almost 2 to 3 hours to reach office.
