Canteen food is nice and some staff are ok
Cons
Nasty gossiping environment stupid middle manager who hasn't even got any clean room management experience, lack of care for products being made none of us follow sop and no one cares about the stuff where making, clean rooms are scruffy and far from clean, staff and management are more interested in silly fall outs and arguments rather that what we should be bothered about, lack of motivation and interest in what we're doing training is a joke trainers just train staff they like and show you something different everytime, can't wait to find another job
